I have seen Dr O' Brien for about 5 years. He has never dilated my eyes before as I am allergic to the preservative in some drops. My eyes are naturally dilated. Today he refused to examie me beause he couldn't dilate my eyes. My sister who also goes to him said he had a new machine that makes dilation unnecessary. I have never been treated so rudely.
