Mr. Nusser and his staff have been absolutely amazing during my court issues. We had a very complicated case regarding a past divorce and child support which then led to an adoption. His staff and himself have been on top of everything and treated me like family. Would give advice when needed and still allow me to make my own decisions, but would also step in when he did not agree with them to show me why. He fought for everything that I asked and was just overall a god send in my case. I highly recommend him!!!
Mr. Timothy Nusser was referred to Me by a friend. So I Contacted him about on going proceedings in My divorce from 17 years ago. My ex was constantly trying to increase her permanent alimony. Mr. Nusser was always very calm and professional, he kept Me updated frequently. I'm very happy with the results! Tim is an expert in his craft. He is professional, honest and level headed. My case had changed numerous times and he and his staff adapted each time to give me the best advise. Retaining Mr. Nusser as my divorce attorney is a decision I regret. Mr. Nusser verbally explained the divorce process including a $3,000 "minimum fee" & an additional $1,500 cost deposit. I was lead to believe the $3,000 would cover an uncontested divorce & the $1,500 would be used to cover any expenses over the $3,000 if we had to go to court. I cancelled my divorce. My experience with Mr. Tim Nusser for my Dissolution of Marriage was very positive. Tim is absolutely the best ! Easy to talk to and very professional. He took the time to listen to me and explain things in detail. He is a great lawyer. Tim and his staff respond to your questions, with a very fast response.
