The office in general is clean and up-to-date. The staff was not friendly and aren't focused on privacy. I could hear them talking about me at the desk. No one introduced themselves and they talk to you as if you have no other options. The dr walked right into the room without knocking or introduction just " so tell me about your hand" and he just grabs my wrist and starts feeling a little roughly, as I told the medical asst. my hand hurts very badly.
