Well, they don't call and tell you when Dr k. Is not coming to work. They send me text saying if I don't come they going to charge me $25. ... So it takes me three hours to get there and he's a no show.... They owe me $25.00 time for a change.. I need a new plan.. they told me there are a lot of other doctors, find one.. so I did....
