I went to see an ENT due to hearing loss and unable to comprehend or have clarification of what people are saying. I have had 3 different sets of hearing aids, all they do is make the sound louder, not clearer. So I thought an ENT would do some extension testing, due to a brain aneurysm and stent in my head, thinking that maybe the stent is inferring, touching, or laying against something causing the hearing loss etc. I asked if we can do a CT Scan...but instead he put me in a testing box to listen for beeps, and repeat word... read more
Ok surgeon, but he has the most unclear, annoying billing and payment process I've ever seen in my life. You can't see how much you owe online, they demand that you mail them a check, and they sent me multiple different bills for the same appointment months apart. Be prepared to spend months receiving mystery bills by mail, phone, and email if you choose Dr. Hughes. I don't mind paying, but make the billing process better. I should be able to see exactly how much I owe online, as one statement, and I should be able to pay on... read more
Very professional quick to diagnose Procedure done with care. Also great follow-up. I definitely would recommend Dr. Hughes for my family and friends.
Worst experience ever
I wasnt going to waste my time leaving a review but after thinking about it for a while i think people deserve to know what they are going to be walking into.I went in a few months ago and saw Dr. hughes .....from the beginning i figured this visit would go bad as soon as i saw the nurse come in ..she looked fed up didnt say a word.Then Dr hughes comes in...he was rude sarcastic and like many reviews on here he had no clue what was wrong with me .I was trying to give him background information because i figured it might help... read more
