I went to this Wisconsin Vision location in Franklin because I developed double vision. I had been at my ophthalmologist that same morning. I only stopped in at this Franklin location to talk to someone about Prizmatic lenses. The optician there, Kathy, talked me into getting new lenses even though I told her my ophthalmologist told me not to get new lenses yet. In my opinion this optician, Kathy, is seriously unqualified to do her job. In my opinion you should not go to this location because of this. I am out $420 for lens... read more
