Have seen Dr. Downey on several occasions. Always feel well-cared for by a very competent professional. Dr. Downey is friendly, takes time to talk, and always asks if I have any questions or concerns. He's efficient without being rushed; wait time was minimal. Definitely staying with this GREAT ENT doc!
