First visit I drove an hour and half to make it for them to call me while I was in the parking lot for them to cancel. They accommodated by giving me a video call. Today was my second visit I logged into the call at 7:50am and waited until 9:20 for me to keep calling and then they said after I spoke to two ppl to confirm the appointment that the doctor isn’t in today smfh. First off, I am a health care professional myself living with type 1 diabetes and several other endocrine conditions so I’m very understanding of other doctors and practitioners and manage my diabetes quite well on my own. However, this is the absolute worst office to deal with. They never pick up the phone or get back to you and if you need a prescription refill, you have to follow up multiple times.
