During the pandemic, Mr. Algiers handled my auto-accident injury case. Medical costs were in the neighborhood of $35K which the responsible parties insurance deemed "excessive medical service". Tim allowed the insurance company to take all $35K from my settlement with absolutely no push back. Wasnt worth his cut to challenge the insurance company. Point is, if some sign and settle half asser is what you want/need, he's your guy. If I could go back, id definitely look around a little harder.
