This has to do with the staff in the cafeteria. I was in there on the 28th at 8a during a relatives outpatient surgery.  I was way on the other side of the cafeteria by the glass windows and could still hear loud and clear the staff using the F word over and over, and saying really inappropriate things.  Maybe they and the management there need a refresher on hospital etiquette and professionalism.

I went to the emergency hospital at overlook medical in Summit NJ on Oct 17, 2025. I had painful facial, lip swelling due to a negative reaction from a medication I was taking 2 1/2 weeks prior. The rude emergency doctor wanted me to take plain Anoxicillian and not Anoxicillian Clavulanate which is the proper medicine I need to permanently remove my facial swelling. An hour later a rude male told me that the Very rude emergency doctor had already discharged me before giving me the prescription for the plain Anoxicillian. I'v... read more

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Sayanlar’s for about 7 years for chronic pain. She has been a tremendous help. Without her care, my life would be much worse. She is competent, compassionate, responsive and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. I’ve worked at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and my ex-spouse is a surgeon. Meaning I have ample experience with hospitals and physicians. Unfortunatel,y I don’t feel thatt the practice is run effectivel from an administrative standpointy. There has been high staff turnover, the staff ... read more

In my experience, the communication as an ex-employee was horrible and some of the staff were just plain rude especially ones that were transmitting patients to different floors. I get that its a stressful environment, but that is not excuse for employees to be incredibly nasty and rude.

Dr. Ryan did hip surgery on my 95 year old grandmother after she had suffered a fall. He was thorough, caring and patient with her, despite a language barrie. Amazingly, she was up on her feet 12 hours later. Highly recommend this provider.

Last night my 94-year-old mother-in-law was brought into Chilton Hospital, in severe pain. She fell and broke her hip which was not known at the time. The ER was extremely busy, and my mother-in-law was not seen for hours and in all that time she was in severe pain. Something needs to be done, add doctors, medical assistants, para medics people that can work under the supervision of doctors to help reduce the flow and the stress. I can't imagine the stress of a doctor handling that number of patients, with the patients being... read more

My doctors were excellent. Operating Room for cardiology was very uncomfortable, wires everywhere. My wife was told she would see me after surgery but they told her after the surgery she would have to wait until the next day. They called her one hour after she left and said she could see me in a half hour. Total lack of communication on their part. They removed IV needle from my arm, was very painful at site, blood ran all over my arm, gown and bed. The last nurse to see me was the one that removed it, she wrapped gauze ... read more

Went in after a traumatic extreme massage to my head and neck caused vertigo and spasms and wast treated with complete gentleness, understanding, dignity and care.  They gently talked to me about my fears about reactions the drugs they wanted me to take or testing, they respected my choices and my fears, but after the brilliant PA clearly explained the process and effects I took it and am glad I did. I felt HEARD and respected by him and everyone there. Thank you so so so much to all of you!

I called to confirm that my insurance was accepted after it was listed as an in network provider on my insurance’s provider directory. I spoke to someone named Dawn at the Urgent Care. Dawn was quick to say that my insurance was not accepted without asking for any specific member information. The only thing she asked for was the name of the insurance provider, which she was clearly unfamiliar with. She did not ask for the Provider Service phone number for my insurance to attempt to call and confirm nor did she ask for my po... read more
