Find another jeweler. They lack attention to detail and are not experts. I went in to replace 1 small diamond of 4 on my ring. Tgey claimed they fixed the 1. When I picked it up some thing was noticeably wrong with how the old relative to new looked. In showing the difference and questioning if something was buffed or why they were now scratched, they just suggest it’s an old ring and they’d be happy to replace the other diamonds. we have purchased several things here over the years, going back to when it was rainbow jewelers. In the past they always had professional people working in there. no longer the case. I brought a couple of watches in for a simple battery replacement and it turned into a 30 day fiasco. Either no communication or miscommunication was the rule of the day. This establishment has been sold and my recent experience was less than satisfactory. Had a battery replace and my watch was not working when l walked out. Went back in immediately and they check the battery they replaced and it was working so they reset the watch and claimed it was possible my watch needed to be repaired. After a few days my watch would stop and start. I decided to go elsewhere for another battery and now my watch is working perfectly.
Extremely excellent service! We bought a wedding band for my husband and a repair of my wedding ring. In both cases, wonderful advice and so happy with the results 😀! Definitely go visit this jeweler!!
