He went above and beyond to find a place for me in the hospital and performed an emergency surgery. All went well. He is an amazing, professional, and caring doctor.
Dr Gilbert is a caring, compassionate, patient focused surgeon. He does what is needed to see that his patients receive the best care possible.
Took out a friend's gallbladder and 3 days later she went back to the emergency room with terrible abdominal pain and he never saw her. She was sent to OKC.
Doctor Gilbert was the surgeon on call at the hospital when my husband came in... he has been great! Usually most docs look at my husband and say they don't know how to help him (amputi) and send him on his way. Dr. Gilbert showed concern and helped him. He was great at explaining everything to us and very kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Gilbert!
Colon cancer surgery. Could not be more pleased with the outcome, his attention to detail, time taken to explain procedure. Feel very fortunate he was on staff in Ponca City, very fortunate.
