They are running more than an 1 1/2 over the appointment time to be seen. The whole waiting area is packed, everyone is frustrated. I'm here with a senior citizen, it's getting hard for some to wait that long. The front desk told her it was her fault for getting here 15 min early. Regardless, appt was at 3, it's 4:30 and still waiting. Being rude to patients along with poor office management is not acceptable. Please put the care back in your healthcare.
Although my appointment date was apparently a busy day, my wait wasn't long and Dr. Gajewski took his time when it was turn seeing him. Appreciated not only his knowledge but professionalism as well and have no problem recommending his services.
All of the staff are courteous and always informative with any health issues I'm having. I have many other doctors I see for all of my health issues but doctor Gajewski and his staff are the best . Thank you for all that you do
As far as the doctor is concerned everything is great but having to wait between an hour to an hour and a half to be is totally unacceptable.
