I’ve been going to this doctor for a couple of years, but I finally reached the point where I can’t stay quiet about my experience. Even though the office is convenient and he did help my mother-in-law, I’ve never felt truly cared for by Dr. Timothy G. Jayasundera. Every appointment feels rushed. Let me start by saying this is not related to the staff who are super helpful. Dr Jay makes no time for his patients to have a conversation. He spends a minute, at most 2 minutes before rushing off to see his next patient. And even when I tried asking a question, he still wasn’t interested. Maybe that’s all some people need but to have my primary doc just listen to my breathing and not wanting to have a conversation is unsatisfying for me. Appointments are easy to schedule, the staff is wonderful, and the care I’ve received from Dr. Jayasundera has been excellent.
