Called in for a new patient appointment. Was told new patients are not being accepted right now and it would be 6-9 months. I asked why their website said the pcp doctor was accepting new patients. I was told insurance companies don’t update their websites. It is the doctor’s website I was referring to, not the insurance. The doctor might be fine, but if you can’t keep your website up to date and your staff kinder, then it doesn’t matter.
