He always explains what's going on with the injury and gives you options for healing is patient and kind. His staff is absolutely amazing
I broke my hand and was able to get an appointment right away. Dr. Havenhill was very gentle with his exam and answered all of my questions (I had a lot) very patiently. The appointment did not feel rushed. His assistant did a great job with my cast.
Very short, I explained how much pain I’ve been in and he didn’t seem to care what I had to say. He wasn’t very friendly nor understanding and proceeded to say I was well and no swelling. I went in with severe pain and swelling and after my visit I’m in the worse pain ever!!!!! I don’t recommend this doctor if you are in severe pain.
