Dr Havenhill was excellent. He took the time to explain to us our diagnosis. He was very knowledgeable and caring. would highly recommend him.
Let me start by saying, he seems to be a nice Doctor. However, his office in Crystal lake is not. I was referred to him for my sever cut by emergency doctor. I made the appointment and they cancelled on me twice and finally I saw him on forth day. I made an appointment for follow up in two weeks, and again they cancelled two hrs before the appointment. Even tho I called and verified the day before. This facility has no regard for working people and their schadual.
I have seen Dr. Havenhill a few times now. I have never waited more than 15 minutes. He always makes sure all my questions are answered and that i understand what the next step in treatment will be.
