Great Doctor . Worth the drive .
Seems as if appointments don't matter, always a wait and or behind.
Timothy Gillum was completely and utterly rude and unproffessional!! I could not believe this guy. So i had sinus surgery scheduled a while back. I talked to the receptionist the day before and the morning of my surgery. I explained to her both times that something important came up and i had be somewhere by a certain time. She says okay, that's fine, both times. I also said atleast twice that i would reschedule if needed be. She said it would be fine and that i would be done in time. I have been waiting for my results for my bloodwork that was done in April. They said it would take 4 weeks. It has now been over 10 weeks. I called the office 3 times and they tell me they will call me back. I'm still waiting on a phone call. Very disappointed.
My wife just had sinus surgery and Dr.Gillum and is whole staff have always been nice to us and always made us feel like they cared!!
