I have been waiting for my results for my bloodwork that was done in April. They said it would take 4 weeks. It has now been over 10 weeks. I called the office 3 times and they tell me they will call me back. I'm still waiting on a phone call. Very disappointed.
My wife just had sinus surgery and Dr.Gillum and is whole staff have always been nice to us and always made us feel like they cared!!
I went there many years back .Very unprofessional all of them! Just would not recommend this office at all .
Heads up….. when you call to make an appointment they will tell you they take any insurance but medicaid, but when you call prior to your PLANNED appointment to get your copay amount they then tell you they don’t take your particular policy of Anthem. Very frustrating, unprofessional, and time wasting. Recommend you talk to your insurance, not them.
