First our daughter bought a house using Tim. Then our son bought a house using Tim. We sold our house using Tim. Our daughter 5 years later sold her house, and bought a new house with Tim this last July. I disagree with previous reviewer, we have called Tim years later looking for recommendations from everything to gutter companies to boiler companies. Tim is knowledgeable and patient. We used Tim as a dual agent for our dream home and also used him to sell our home. Tim is also a contractor so it was so helpful to learn about the intricacies of the property that we would have never known if it was a realtor that isn't familiar with structures of a home. We have been looking for a house prior for at least 4 years and have had deals fall through or offers not accepted.
