they do not bill the insurance correctly, they do not send prescriptions in to the correct insurance. they do not answer the phone! HORRIBLE customer service!!!!
I had been working with Dr Graham for sometime. I had Hasimotos disease and growths on both sides of my thyroid giving me problems and we decided to have it removed Dr Wilcock great surgeon he was worried about something’s and sent them in to be analyzed.. We found out it was Thyroid Cancer.Dr Graham then had me work with Jackie in his office “ cancer specialist” who has helped me to kill all the cancer. The surgeon caught very early and now Jackie watches out for the cancer and my Diabetes. Great office.
My first appointment was Monday, I waited 35 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Graham said he would call in 2 new prescriptions. He only called in one, and I can’t take it without the second prescription that was never called in. I’ve called (no one answers), left messages, and texted for the past three days, no one will respond. I finally called this afternoon and spoke to the scheduler instead of Dr. Grahams direct office, she said she’d leave another note for Dr. Grahams MA and they’d call me today…that was hours ago. Wish i could leave a 0. DISHONEST PLACE THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA MONEY WITHOUT SAYING TO VIEW YOUR SUGARS AN EXTRA $50 a month charge. you have to call and cancel it and wouldn’t let me see the doctor unless i paid!! I have BEEN A DIABETIC FOR 30 years and NEVER experienced this!! Do NOT go to him!!! Beware of this Doctor. My wife and I had a terrible experience dealing with him. He and his office staff are dishonest and difficult to work with. Keep a good eye on their billing statements because we caught them charging hidden fees that even our insurance company didn’t know about.
