I came to this facility, because my neurosurgeon requested an endocrinologist do additional testing before considering surgery. Set up an appointment with a doctor. The day of the appointment I'm there the doctor isn't left yearly fir the holidays. Rescheduled appointment for months later. Get a phone call weeks before appointment. Doctor won't be in that day.Need to reschedule the rescheduled appointment. Asked if doctor was ever in as this is now twice. Waiting time is horrible, very unorganized office! We were there for 2 hours!
Unfortunately, my experience with them. Has not been good. 2 years and very little progress. They also sold me a reset program and then did very little to ensure the success of that program. When given feedback, the ceo simply defended and deflected without empathy or understanding. They order blood tests and give medicine. That's about it. Not good at communicating and working with you, nor are they good at taking feedback. It's been very frustrating. Updated to 4 as I was able to get almost everything I needed taken care of within a day. I have been very happy with Dr Graham, he does listen to me and answer questions. Zero complaints about his care. My huge issue is lack of communication and timely responses from office staff, as other reviews have mentioned. Phone calls aren’t answered, texts replied to maybe the same day, maybe not. Trying to reach someone and get a response when you have an urgent issue is almost impossible. **edit** this was finally resolved 1/6/2026. As I previously stated, I have updated to 3 stars now from 1 before. Next appointment is in Feb 2026 so I'll follow-up. This whole doctor office experience has been a nightmare. The doctor requested a sleep study test to be done, provided insufficient reasoning to my insurance so they declined coverage for that study, doctor's office still sent the study. What they should've done is either A) provide more adequate medical justification for the test or B) notify me and say "hey you... read more
