At first, I was not amused about his bedside manner, as stated in some previous ratings. But the 2nd visit was a lot more pleasant, and he grew on me. Now, I realize that he is a caring doctor who knows what he's talking about. Just by me telling him my symptoms, he literally hooked me up with the meds I needed. Also, my kids always get the right medications as well. Give him a 2nd chance. And keep politics out of it. If you don't like the conversation, let him talk, just nod, and say, "Okay". Very attentive, thorough, listens to everything you say and responds. In 16 years I have never had a doctor who showed care, understanding, and attentiveness like Dr. Dow. He was great with my kids both who have both severe anxiety of doctors and behavioral disorders, great with my problems and even my disabled mom. Highly recommend.
He is a terrible Doctor my dear friend who is like my mother kept going in with very serious symptoms for 2 years he finally listened when she told him he better do something or else by this time she has stage 3 colon cancer. My experience with Dr Dow is also sad he sits in front of the computer ingores you you twiddle your thumbs while he just does his thing. I suggest no one go to him.
I've seen Dr. Dow since 2019. He really listens to me and gives me a lot of information, which I love. He also does his research and makes sure the medication is in my price range. I really enjoy having him as my doctor and the nurses are lovely too. A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
