Reviews are correct about your front desk. Get a new receptionist. You take united Healthcare but she wouldn't take an appointment until I call UHC myself to see if Dr. DAO is listed? Most dr office receptionist would know or check for you. I'll take my business somewhere else.
My family and I have been coming to Dr. Dao for years. This review is for the women who sit at the front desk. They were rude about an owed bill totaling $30. I understand some mail goes unnoticed but to act like the money is coming out of her paycheck, really? On top of that, when my father presented his new insurance, the lady examined the card like it was a fake. Front desk needs some training in soft skills.
Dr Dao is very personable and his knowledge and recommendations are spot on. He takes time to listen and answer questions to ensure patient satisfaction and trust
