I want to preface this with the fact that I am still going to be a patient with Nebraska Medicine, just not with this provider. I will never see this provider again unless he's the only option. My previous ENT with Nebraska Medicine was wonderful. I was only seen by this provider because the other ENT was a PA and could not discuss surgical things. Dr. Knudsen was very knowledgeable. He was pleasant to visit with, and listened while I explained my lengthy medical history.
Dr. Knudsen was very dismissive. I have had issues with chronic fluid behind my right ear for a while now. At the time of my appointment, he said i have not had any fluid in my ear for months, and when i asked him if Randy Lienemann and Jamie Shaw, APP's at ICC were wrong he waved me off got his nurse and gave me the after visit summary. I will be going to Methodist for a second opinion. He was also very dismissive when he saw my mother.
