Dr. Crater treated me like a serious patient! He was engaging in conversation and expressed an interest in my life and medical concerns. His professional demeanor was refreshing and he scheduled various medical procedures to evaluate my concerns. What a breath of fresh air!
They don’t schedule their appointments like they should and told me I’m supposed to take care of that. My mom has been out of her medicine for two and a half days now and all he has to do is sign a piece of paper. And this is the second month in a row this has happened. And they also hung up on me. Sorry that I’m so upset that y’all don’t know how to schedule things right and that you can’t sign a piece of paper in two days.
