A great, kind doctor. Very nice and understanding, and is very knowledgeable. I was a patient of Dr. Staton for 3 years before Dr. Cox, but Dr. Cox is very good. You can tell doctors who don't care about the patient and the ones who do, at least from my experience. He picked up right where Dr. Staton left off, and I recommend him to anyone who's looking for a new physician!
Naw, coming to this clinic is like moving to west Africa and expecting health care in a hut. Honestly, it’s an outpost for Baptist health with a new doctor. It’s an outpost they don’t particularly care about. There isn’t a senior doctor here, and they don’t answer messages, and reschedule your appointments. You can’t ask health questions over the app in between appointments, and I don’t think dude can analyze multiple system problems (pancreas, fibroids, appendix all at the same time) and diagnose anything. Seems to want to do the right thing. However the scheduling here is ridiculous. They tell you to be here at 3 and at 4:21 and counting you've still got a 79 year old patient by herself in room one waiting... This is no way to run a successful practice.
