I've been coming to the Conrad clinic for 9 years now. I have a complicated history of medical autoimmune conditions. I went in to see PA Cooper, because he was the only one available for my knee. It had been hurting for 4 months. I had to ask for it an x-ray. He hardly said five words to me the entire time I was there. I spoke calmly and nicely and respectfully to him the entire time.
