My husband had been sick and had multiple plural effusions drained before going to the Ecu/ vidant washington nc emergency room.My husband's oxygen levels had deteriorated and his breathing was really bad.Dr cookson was the attending physician that evening.He immediately went to work trying to get him stabilized.
