Mr. Kingston did an out standing job for us. I would strongly recommend him for criminal law.
Tim Kingston has been the most unethical lawyer I have ever dealt with. He billed for hours never materially worked, misrepresented fee structures and hid dependent binding agreements between parties. He will tell you whatever it takes to gain representation and then seek only to spend your money freely. I plan on writing a complaint to the Wyoming bar. Do not retain Tim Kingston to represent you.
