after speaking with my agent personally, he went above and beyond in the areas I did not expect. I truly do feel valued as a client and understand that he has my back as we navigate through these changes.
All I needed was to sign a claim in front of an Allstate agent at least that’s what my adjuster told me to do so I went to this office and the female that came out to open the door had a terrible attitude stating that I was supposed to make an appointment because she had booked clients and she didn’t have time to help me. She didn’t say good afternoon, welcome or anything like that. . . Terrible vibe. Very disappointing experience.
We've have a great experience dealing with Rita from your Fremont office. She's been very helpful and friendly gave us honest and trustful answers with our concerns. After dealing all these years with her we consider her a good friend as well.
