During the first appointment, the doctor didn't ask a single question about the concern I brought. Instead I was asked about other conditions. They were genuinely sympathetic about some of the symptoms, but I also did not feel actually listened to. They also required two followup appointments (that were unrelated to the concerns I came with) which I did not expect. As someone who is working full-time, I didn't find that particularly reasonable. Dr. Nikki Allen is my doctor and she listens intently and makes time for you . Compassionate, knowledgeable, protects and Supports her patients. 5 stars is not enough!

After being with the same primary care doctor for over 20 years, I had to establish care with a new physician because of an insurance change.
