Timothy Abeel was great with dealing with my situation with my truck he did not settle for anything less than what I deserved and would absolutely recommend them.
My RV was having issue after issue and always in the shop. I contacted the manufacturer and got nowhere. I found out about Abeel & Associates from a friend. I thought lemon law was only for cars. I was wrong! I emailed Tim with the details and all of the sudden the manufacturer got involved with the repair shop and got all of my issues fixed. On top of it I got a fat check, and the factory extended my warranty! It cost me nothing!

We had a great experience working with Tim and his colleagues. Tim secured us a very satisfactory cash settlement after our new car stopped working three weeks after purchase. No out-of-pocket expense to us and our warranty remains in effect (the issue with the car has been repaired).
