Wonderful organization to work with from the first time your call is answered, through the estimate process (kindly answering my numerous questions) , install team , billing, and inspection! A pleasure to work with this professional group; timely , neat, friendly, knowledgeable! I did a full hvac replacement at the end of 2024 (replacing my 31 year old system with a new Goodman system). Love it!!! Jeremy has also been to my house for smaller projects. Highly recommend this crew!
I had Jeremy come out this morning, we had no heat on the first floor. He was very kind and efficient as he explained everything in a clear matter. He was able to identify and correct the issue quickly. I would highly recommend this company.
These guys just saved Christmas! My upstairs heat went out just before I was expecting overnight guests for the holiday. I called Giard to explain the situation and Jeremy was here within an hour, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had us back up and running right away. While I understand same day service may not always be possible, I so appreciate the sense of urgency and professionalism from the entire team during the holiday week. I asked Giard Plumbing to come give us an estimate for a whole house water filtration system. I met Jeremy who listened to what I was attempting to get done. Jeremy took the time to provided me with a couple of options and I then made an appointment for the install. The day of the install the craftsman/plumber who arrived was Mike. Mike has awesome people skills, and he also took the time to tell me about the install and how everything was going to work.
