The boiler installation the Giard team did was great. They showed up on time, walked me through the process. Brought me down to the basement to inspect the location of the new boiler. Actually finished early and walked me through on setting the DHW temp and the controls for the boiler. Can not say enough good things about the Giard team. Thank you all
OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!!! We had Jeremy from Giard plumbing come out because our AC was not working. He was here within an hour of me calling and was able to also fix an issue with our water heater as well the same day. Jeremy honestly went above and beyond to help me and was very thorough and reasonably priced. 1000000 STARS
I’ve used Giard for a number of plumbing and septic needs over the past few years and they have been top notch each time. They are very responsive over the phone and in person. Recently, Mike came out to replace our water heater and did a fantastic job. He was very pleasant, efficient, and even kept my 7yo daughter entertained, as she kept going back down into the basement to “check on him.” I would highly recommend Mike and Giard for any plumbing or septic work. They definitely have me as a customer for life at this point.
I recently had my HW boiler fail . I didn't have a plumber I use . I heard about Tim on Facebook and he had great reviews . I decided to call him , he came out right away and looked at boiler, there was no way to repair, heat exchanger had blown a part and flooded part of basement . We needed to get new boiler and went with identical boiler because other one was under warranty . Tim ordered boiler and got right away and scheduled right away and had 4 people there once he had.
