What a wonderful doctor! So patient and caring with my daughter. She has serious surgery anxiety and Dr. Gabriel's bedside manner and gentle nature was truly reassuring to her.
My entire 4 month journey with dr Gabriel seemed to be more about generating revenue, than diagnosing my problem! First thing, he set me up for very expensive MRI, six hearing tests, 2 injections of steroids into my inner ear (which accomplished nothing),and then he told me I needed a hearing aid (duh)! No attempt to find out why I had sudden hearing loss!!
Visited for ear/sinus issues, he should have taken a baseline hearing test... years and doctors later, turns out I have been slowly losing my hearing. He said I had discomfort due to scar tissue. Claimed I had a lot of it. Since found out from an external exam of my ear... there is no way to see or diagnose THAT. I'm not sure why he is not retired if he doesn't really want to solve for serious medical issues! Also the waiting rooms esp in glasgow office WAY too BRIgHT!
I will never go back he did not take time to listen to me and to a two minute look and said nothing was wrong with me I had since went to a different doctor found stuff wrong .
He is very good at what he does. I have tubes in my ears. He puts them in, he removes them little or no pain. He explains when I question. And he is just a very nice man.
My appointment felt more like an interrogation then a doctors visit, the office was great but my appointment with Dr Gabriel was not. He used a lot of air quotes during our appointment which felt very condescending. Instead of listening he would interrupt and rush along whatever I was saying. I didn't get to speak with him long before he fished that camera up my nose to look into my throat. Over all I felt dismissed and like he didn't care about me or the discomfort I'm in.
