Let me first start of by saying the vets are amazing, especially Dr. Gerhart and Stephens, so are the technicians. However day have the RUDEST ans the most RACIST front desk staff. I just got a new puppy in additional to my 6 yrs old dog so I have been here a lot in the past few month. About two month ago, the front desk staff made a comment that they couldn't get rid of me because I was concerned that my puppy could be obstructed because he had ate some paper towels. RecommendedThe staff at Timonium Animal Hospital are wonderful. The care and compassion they showed during our dog’s battle with lymphoma was incredible. When we ultimately had to put her down, they showed us so much love and we will forever be grateful for the staff here!
I was very disappointed in my visit. The practice and vet were highly recommended by my vet that was moving. I know my 1 st visit was not usual because of the pandemic but I spent over $300 on Sr Panel test and no one ever called me. When my dog was returned to car the Dr never called to let me know how the visit went. After a couple weeks I had to call to see if tests had come back. I asked to be sent a copy and have the Dr call to discuss the results. The results were promptly emailed to me, however no Dr ever called me. M... read more
I have been bringing my pets here since 2002. They are so helpful, always available to talk with me about whatever issues my pets are having. I cannot say enough about this practice.
Thank you to this amazing staff for still seeing us during this horrible pandemic. Unfortunately my visit yesterday was not a happy visit. I received horrible news about my Luke. But I cant say enough great things about Brittany and Greg. They were patient, kind, and empathetic. I could feel that Greg was sharing in my hurt and pain when he brought Luke out to me. Dr. McIntyre and the entire team here are amazing! They get right down on the floor and love on your fur baby. They don’t push extra costly items. They give you all the possible scenarios and help you make the best decisions for you and your pet. So grateful I’ve found them.
