Let me first start of by saying the vets are amazing, especially Dr. Gerhart and Stephens, so are the technicians. However day have the RUDEST ans the most RACIST front desk staff. I just got a new puppy in additional to my 6 yrs old dog so I have been here a lot in the past few month. I would strongly encourage anyone that is considering taking their vet to Timonium Animal Hospital to think twice. I spent over a year visiting multiple vets at this practice with a variety of concerns about my dog. Each time I left the office, I sat in my car and cried. I was consistently made to feel unimportant and “crazy” for voicing my concerns.
