Where to start... 3 appointments. Un answered emails, phone calls and voicemails. Asked for a refund for the remainder of the retainer, and were told that Mr. Timoney would be asked what the refund policy was and get back with us. This was weeks ago. I would not recommend, especially if your driving hour and half for representation. I could go on
I used Jeff for a divorce case he did absolutely nothing he was completely disrespectful to the point of discrimination. I asked for accommodations via the ADA and he dropped my case for no reason, if you live in Logan County do not use either of theses attorneys. I tried to talk to Mt Timoney and he had no interest at all. He is great friends with a popular local divorce attorney and they seem to make deals on who wins. It does not allow you to write a true review. In my opinion Mr Page took my $3000.00 ,returned to me $400.00 and ran leaving myself and family in a hardship.Just pushed a few papers. Certainly do your homework.
