I had to stop here due to an emergency situation. My stem was leaking air and I was 2 hours away from home and still an hour from my destination. The gentleman that helped get me back on the road was AMAZING!! He located the issue within seconds, and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. If I lived in the area this would be my go to shop!
Bad customer service, the owner is very aggressive I took my car into the shop to get tire work done and the owner got heated claiming that the rims on my car were his and he then proceeded to try to take them off and that’s when I told him I would call the cops on him and that’s when he stopped . I never purchased any type of rims from there. He started insulting me and saying uncalled comments saying I’m old and “old people like you are always like this”. Absolutely great place to get tires for trucks or lawnmowers !! Needed a spare for a trailer and got up charged every step of the process. They took our tire off of the rim and then told us it would be $100 all in for the new tire. When we questioned the price and were going to find another shop, they told us we owed $10 because they had already removed the tire. We decided to just go with it and got the new tire.
