Timnath Trail is an amazing place to live! I've been there for a year and a half now and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Not to mention the growth Timnath is experiencing, this is a prime location. Josh is an amazing property manager. He's always willing to listen to any concerns, or just to sit down for a little bit and talk about whatever comes to mind. As far as a place to live, you really can't go wrong!
We’ve lived here for almost 3 years and we absolutely love it. Josh made our move in experience amazing. He has been helpful since the first day we met him. The community is so kind and welcoming. The complex itself is so beautiful. We truly feel lucky that we found this place to call our home!
I lived here from May 2020-July 2021 for my intership for graduate school. I moved from out of state as a single female in her 30's and always felt VERY safe. This was a wonderful place to call home for those 14 months. I had little time to find a place once I knew I needed to relocate to Colorado and the team there was excellent in recording a virtual tour and exact measurements of closet, bedroom etc. My one bedroom was very spacious and was able to fit a lot in that space comfortably. Moved here little over half a year ago and this place has been amazing. Josh from the application process to now when I have any issues or questions has been incredible, and extremely responsive with everything. The apts. are very nice and modern compared to many apts. In fort Collins I've been to. Overall great experience and would recommend this complex to others.
