Just moved from Texas & Josh made the transition super easy. The entire staff is friendly and everyone is very professional making the move-in process smooth. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. My apartment is spacious, modern, and the natural light is the icing on the cake! You can tell the team really cares about the residents and community here. If apt hunting look no further, APPLY!
Great staff everyone does a great job including the new maintenance man that started he is always busy and very friendly is always will to help residents with whatever they need and genuinely cares about the residents and wants to help them
I lived at Timnath Trails for a year, and it was the perfect spot for my dog and I. You don’t have the noise or view of the highway, but everything is super easily accessible because of the location. The appliances never gave me issues and really enjoyed my space. Would recommend!
Is there any problem? The first thing they will show you is the Coffee machine when showing the apartment. This machine is usually down Friday through the weekend. Lack of Help!!!!!!!
By far the best apartment complex we have lived in. The construction is solid unlike most modern looking apartments nowadays which is a big deal. Josh and Dakota (managers) are attentive and nice which is also very important when looking for a rental. I love our apartment and plan to live here for as long as we continue renting. The floorplan is so spacious and there is plenty of storage throughout. They also upkeep the community very well. If you’re considering Timnath Trails, look no further. You won’t be disappointed.
