By far the best apartment complex we have lived in. The construction is solid unlike most modern looking apartments nowadays which is a big deal. Josh and Dakota (managers) are attentive and nice which is also very important when looking for a rental. I love our apartment and plan to live here for as long as we continue renting. The floorplan is so spacious and there is plenty of storage throughout. They also upkeep the community very well. If you’re considering Timnath Trails, look no further. You won’t be disappointed.
Just moved from Texas & Josh made the transition super easy. The entire staff friendly and everyone is very professional making the move-in process smooth. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic. My apartment is spacious, modern, and the natural light is the icing on the cake! We love living here! The apartment is so spacious, in our apartment alone we have 14 large windows and two patios. Such a difference coming from an apartment with 3 windows. We're west facing and can practically see the whole Rockies range. The sunsets are insanely beautiful. The layout is fantastic for our family and our dog loves the dog park and doggy pool. Wow - never had such an incredible leasing experience with Josh, Tyler, and Dakota. Josh led an incredibly synchronized, thoughtful, malleable leasing experience. He was the most helpful manage I've ever encountered. Informative, flexible. This has easily been the best leasing experience we've ever encountered.
Honestly came across this place not knowing what to expect. Pretty fancy, so figured it was going to be one of the corporate ran crazy places that over charge and usually unfriendly. Then I met Josh! Great guy, rad soul, and being that I was moving from Hawaii trying to find a spot before I started my new job it was crunch time. We didn’t have an appointment nor any idea where to start.
