This place told my husband the ball joint were bad and our truck needed work, they would do it for almost $550. After I was told this they still charged us $50 to overlook our vehicle. We processed to take it to another shop, we were told that it was just a loose nut on the wheel bearing. These people have no idea what they are talking about, to save your time i would find another shop.
Stood in line behind another gentlemen for fifteen minutes before someone even came out of service area to the desk & that was just because of a phone call. Employee acknowledged guy in front of me by name said he'd be with him in a minute didn't even acknowledge me. Employee went back out to service area I waited another 5 minutes & he never came back in and I finally left. My husband and I are VERY impressed with Timmy Tire Center in West Branch. Today was our first time there and we were treated like family. They fixed our noisy tire problems and let us know every step of the way what was going on and how much the cost would be. Very reasonable, very polite and helpful and we waited a short time for it to be done without having to come back another day.
