I hired Tim's Company in December 2025 to fix my deck and put up a front and back door. I live in Chesnee SC. It is now April 21, 2026 and my deck is still not done. Tim was paid for the job in December. He's had every excuse why his worker has not finished the job right. He is making it my fault. I just want my deck done and I want it done right. We had 12 doors installed, 7 do not latch. We had our flooring redone and the threshold was never installed. Our kitchen cabinets were painted and we were told they would be sprayed for a professional look and they were not. There are several drip marks and areas that didn’t even get paint. Trim work was done throughout the entirety of the home and it was done poorly. One closet wasn’t even trimmed out around the door frame. 2 vanity’s installed and all 4 faucets are loose. I was impressed with how responsive Timmy was from the very beginning of the project. He showed up when he said he would and sent out quotes quickly. My husband and I found other projects for his crew to complete, and we were happy with the results. I heard from several other contractors about how hard it is to find people to work, but I always had several people at the house working on projects. He must be doing something right to have a great team!
Tims crew does a really nice job. There was a communication issue but otherwise I would have given a five star. They do nice work and they show up to do the work, and clean up.
