Excellent customer service and exceptional quality. Timm's, aka, the shutter brothers, know their business. I had plantation shutters installed. The custom shutters, ones that replaced expensive custom blinds/shutters, were superior in quality adding value to my home. Brian and Mike did a great job. They were honest about timing of order and installation. They worked with us on pricing. Showed up on time-finished job in less than one day-just like they promised. We had 18 windows done—all looked great after installed. Would definitely use them again.
Such a nice experience working with the Timm brothers on my bump-out bay window treatment. They, along with their store manager, Kathryn, assisted with style choice and fabric choice. My window treatments are just what I wanted - absolutely beautiful.
