We had a water leak into a finished basement ceiling. After the plumbers were able to fix the leak the drywall in that area had to be repaired (not only water damaged but of course the plumbers had to make a very large area to fix the leak in the water pipe). Mike was able to come in and over a few days quickly repair the area for a good price. Only unfortunate part is that Mikes repaired area now looks better than the other areas of the basement that were done by the original builder!
I am so thankful that I found Timm's Handyman Service. I don't think there is anything he can''t do. Initially called him to change the lockset on a old door on a 100+ year old house. The door was mostly glass and the wood was narrow and not very thick. He didn't have a lot to work with but he worked his magic and got it done! If Michael couldn't fix the door I would have had to order a custom door. He saved me serious $$$.
