Our boiler unexpectedly packed up. Tim responded extremely quickly, installing a new unit the next day. The install was great considering the poor access available. They got on, cleared up all mess, and even fixed a few other issues they discovered along the way. All in all great service, reliable and dedicated to doing a great job, whilst being fully transparent.
