Sales have no respect of customers time if their bait can attract foot traffic to their inventory. The sales rep (Michael) described an old deal at 6pm asking me to come at 9am next morning; manager scraped the deal on the same night; when I showed up at 9am, Michael said 'yesterday's package is gone; I can show you the car with a new package'. Was messaged to come in for a door handle recall, specifically asked about whether i need to leave the car or can i stay or will there be a loaner provided. Was told it would be done within 4 hours of appointment. Show up and Ismael has no clue about any of that, saying i need to leave the car providing no good solution. And this isn't the first time they have no clue what is scheduled or needs to be done. Last time i had to come back because of a loose panel from previous service. Overpriced and scammy. They will try to add on anything they can get away with to make more money on needless maintenance "repairs" And they'll add gas to your car and upcharge you for it.
