Was messaged to come in for a door handle recall, specifically asked about whether i need to leave the car or can i stay or will there be a loaner provided. Was told it would be done within 4 hours of appointment. Show up and Ismael has no clue about any of that, saying i need to leave the car providing no good solution. Overpriced and scammy. They will try to add on anything they can get away with to make more money on needless maintenance "repairs" And they'll add gas to your car and upcharge you for it.

Please don’t go there worst customer service even when you call them the customer service is trash, they act like they would give me the car for free -5 stars
