I went to this woman for not quite a year due to my chronic depression. She sent me headfirst in a downward spiral. Specifically the only advice i received was to think happy thoughts. I told her week after week that it wasnt working for me and was only told to try it again. Eventually this caused me to pretend to be better so as to not be told it was my fault i wasnt happy.
