We have been using Timmons for several years now. They service our home, a large commercial building and several of our apartments. We have only ever had one mix-up and they were super quick to fix it. I highly recommend them.
if I could do zero stars I would because we got kids in the house that are cold even with all the blankets in the world, all because this company doesn't want to take new customers right now. are you serious?! this is an emergency, we need oil and y'all were our last hope because my mother says that you will deliver oil fast, so I had good expectations from this company. but no, the fact that your assistant or whoever she is doesn't care the fact that we need oil to keep warm with KIDS in the house is beyond disrespectful. w... read more
Timmons Oil: First, they’re always nice, kind and respectful when you call them. I know they must get a 100 calls a day asking what is the price of fuel. The ladies answering are Always patient and kind. Second, they’re always getting the fuel to me just when they say they will, even though I tell them I’m okay for a couple days.
