Great servive, friendly staff
Terrible after sales service, cant keep appointments, excuses. Shop somewhere else for better service!
If I can give 0 stars I would. Nothing but issues. Whenever issues arise, no one is willing to help or everyone’s “ TOO BUSY” to help you. They help you and answer all questions before you buy a camper but as soon as you sign papers they don’t care about you anymore.
booked an appointment back in May to have my trailer repaired. They told me they could come out on July 23, so I waited two months for the service. Then, just two days before the scheduled repair, I received a call saying they wouldn’t be able to come at all. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing—especially after planning and waiting so long. Very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend based on my experience.
Good thoughtful sales people. Very helpful.
