They managed to get me a very rare spare tire black rim. Very cool! Staff are very good at what they do
They lied when told us everything was fine. Bought extended warranty which doesn't cover what's actually broken. Basically covered their butts to sell and be done with.
If I could give less than one star I would. My boyfriend brought his trailer down to get winterized and stored over the winter, along with requesting multiple items to get service/fixed. Come spring time, he goes to pick it up... he was charged for several things that we come to realize were not even fixed! Thank God he's mechanically inclined and knows what he's looking at. To add- an improper winterization (or none at all) led to cracked fittings/piping underneath. Paid for a pump out of grey and black water tanks- annnnd ... read more
