We contacted this company to look at our garage door operator that had stopped working. A technician came out, was there only a couple of minutes, and quoted us close to $900 for the repair, which we decided not to proceed with. We were later billed $100 for a service call that was never disclosed to us during the phone booking. If we had been told there was a diagnostic or service fee, we would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether to proceed. amazing service!
Workmanship was excellent but communication with me was pretty much non existent. They ended up having an out of town emergency and had to reschedule but wasn't able to confirm a new date/time; a tech just showed up in the morning days later expecting me to available...they were very unorganized. I told the owner I was dissatisfied; he apologized and told me he would look into the issue but I never received a follow up or explanation.
