I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Kenworth. Martin in the service department intentionally removed and kept the oil pump and other engine components from dump truck after it was written off by the insurance company. This was very unethical and unacceptable, and it is shocking to encounter this type of behavior from a dealership like kenworth . I recommend everyone not to deal with these guys .
