The staff were friendly. I was able to meet the new Service Manager and she was very relatable and she took the time to speak with me and I truly felt she listened and understood my concerns. My oil change was done and they found the other issue I was concerned about. My car was nice and clean and the shuttle was great to be able to get back and forth to work.
This was the first time we dealt with the service department. They were all very friendly. Our vehicle was ready quickly. They were great about explaining things.
Wonderful staff - excellent service. Was stranded and thanks to them was able to get back on the road! Thank you, Timmins Hyundai!
The service department is a joke. To add insult to injury we were asked to "check out the new 2026 Tuscan's" while we were waiting. Yeah no thanks, I want you to plug in my AC compressor not sign up for a 6 year car payment.
