I’ve been to the service side twice with car troubles and both times I was met with amazing customer service and the friendliest staff imaginable. Nathalie and the man working the service desk are so so helpful.
The customer service here is so amazing!! Everyone is so nice
Visited there for oil change and it was so smooth. They just take 30 to 45 minutes to fix your car and meanwhile you can sit in lounge and enjoy fresh coffee and some snacks. You can even read magazines!
Worst experience ever, I have ordered some parts for my car, paid for it before ordering and waiting from more than 10 days. I called back at parts department they told me it wasn’t on order yet. Guy who answered my call never apologize for what they have done. He just like Oh I will order it now and will be here in 2 days I did order it 10 -12 days ago why it’s not arrived yet.
