They managed to fix my issue for a decent price however my car was not picked up in same condition. There is now a crack high up on the bumper which was not there and tow truck is being blamed. Tow truck was blaned for missing appointment. Car was looked at 6 days later for a 1 hour job. Had to go back to pick up my other set of keys. Not horrible just unhappy with damaged bumper which I believed happened on their end but may have been the tow truck. Waiting resolution from CAA. Absolutely disgusting with the service at this Honda. My girlfriend brought her 2013 Ridgeline to have a recall fixed and also asked for an inspection at the same time to get a sense of any repairs that may be needed so that the vehicle is safe for the winter season. We got the vehicle back with a list of repairs but no real safety concerns mentioned. Well she didnt get more than 50km and her brakes failed her traction control turned off and she took the ditch. I’ve been to the service side twice with car troubles and both times I was met with amazing customer service and the friendliest staff imaginable. Nathalie and the man working the service desk are so so helpful.
The customer service here is so amazing!! Everyone is so nice
Visited there for oil change and it was so smooth. They just take 30 to 45 minutes to fix your car and meanwhile you can sit in lounge and enjoy fresh coffee and some snacks. You can even read magazines!
